Important Note:

1. When you open the box and connect the keypad successfully, please update the firmware to the latest version from GameSir App G-crux. If you don’t know how to set the Game Configurations, I suggest you use the Default Configuration.

2. This GameSir VX2 AimSwitch gaming keypad don’t support Headset/VC function. if you are interested in this function, please try to connect the headset to PS4, Xbox one and Switch console, we recommended this way.

Adjustable 7 Level DPI& 4 Level Polling Rate

DPI(400/800/1600/2400/3200/6400/12000). The default DPI level of the gaming mouse is 1600, when you adjust DPI level, the backlight of mouse will flash when DPI is switched.

The default polling rate of GameSir GM400 is 1000Hz. Pressing the back button+DPI button to adjust 4 levels of polling rate (125Hz/250Hz/500Hz/1000Hz), the backlight will flash when polling rate is switched.
