If you meet problems with Codey Rocky, just try to update firmware for it.

As the different manufacturing series, Codey Rockys have different firmware version since manufactured. In this way some users may have issue in coding for Codey when they use mobile app for the first time, because the mobile app requires latest firmware of Codey and Codey may not have latest firmware since manufactured. So we need to update Codey via PC mBlock software.

Here are the steps:

1. Connect Codey to PC via USB cable and turn on Codey;

2. Download and install latest mBlock software on the computer:

4. Run mBlock software and choose “+” under devices:

5. Check if there is download icon against Codey Rocky, if yes, download it and then re-run mBlock software.

6. Add Codey Rocky, then choose connect, then choose settings-firmware update-(latest firmware) update.

7. About 5 minutes, once update, mobile app can work perfectly with Codey.
