*How to setup the Extend Mode for a Windows OS?

Click desktop→ select Intel display Settings → pop-up Settings screen select display→ select multi-screen display→ expand the desktop→done

*How to make my Mac device to Extend mode( A-BB )?

Setting→Display→click the ‘mirror display’ box to switch to the Extend mode.

(Please Noted: The Apple device can’t extend ‘A-BC’ mode due to the Apple company’s limitation, so the two external screens are the same image. (A-BB))

Support Windows 10 OS

*Mirror Mode: A-AA

All Screens will be the same image.

*Extend Mode:A-BB/BC

Two Screens will be the same or different.

Attention: The Extend Mode for Separately display is just available in Windows System.

Support Mac OS

* Mirror Mode:A-AA

All Screens will be the same image.

* Extend mode:A-BB

Two monitors will be the same image.

Attention: The Apple device is not able to extend display to 2 monitors with different picture due to the Limit of Mac OS, so the streaming for both screens are same.

Support Android OS

* Mirror Mode:A-AA

All Screens will be the same image.

(It needs to be charging for Samsung smartphone while using the Samsung Dex Mode.)

Window VS Mac OS

For Windows 10 OS: support Mirror or Extend Mode (AAAorABB/ABC)

For Mac OS: only support Mirror Mode (AAA) AND one of the Extend Mode (ABB)

Attention: Due to Mac OS limitations, it cannot be extended to ‘ABC’ mode.
