1.This GameSir VX AimSwitch don’t support Headset / VC function. if you are interested in this function, please try to connect the headset to PS3, PS4, Xbox one and Switch console, we recommend this way.

2. When you open the box and connect the keypad successfully, please update the firmware to the latest version from GameSir website before use: gamesir.hk→SUPPOR→Tutorials & Manuals→gamesir vx tutorial. We suggest you use the Default Configuration in G-Crux app, thus you will get more fluent gaming experience.

Keys Configuration with GameSir G-Crux App

With the GameSir G-Crux app on mobile phone, you can customize keys to your own preference to maximize in-game control. In addition, a variety of parameters can be precisely adjusted through GameSir G-Crux app, including mouse sensitivity, smoothness, horizontal sensitivity, vertical sensitivity, ADS setting, deadzone setting and button setting.

Exclusive Mouse for VX Keyboard

4 Level adjustable DPI 500/1000/1500/2000 in GameSir GM190, the indicator light of GameSir GM190 gaming mouse will flash in different color. And 4 Levels polling rate, choose the speed that you like.

The mouse with side buttons is preset in sensitivity and accuracy to be perfectly compatible with consoles.

Automatic Sleeping Mode

GameSir VX Gaming Keypad has 1000MaH battery capacity. When GameSir VX Gaming Keypad is connected, it will automatically sleepping mode within 600 seconds under no operation and press G1 button to reconnect again with your devices.

It charging time is about 2-3 hours. And please use 5V-1A Charger adapter to charge it.

A: We are sorry to tell you that VX does not support headset.

4. Can the VX keyboard be used separately? Can the VX keyboard be replaced with another brand of keyboard?

A: Sorry, the GameSir VX keyboard cannot be used separately, and we do nor suggest you to replace the it with another brand of keyboard.

5. Can VX be used just after getting it? Does the button customization require a computer?

7. what is the game list that this works with?

A: GameSir VX supports the popular FPS games on consoles, if you did not find the configuration on G-CRUX, you can customize it by yourself or you can send an email to us, we will ask the development team to find a solution.

8. I cannot get it to connect with my Nintendo Switch.

A: 1) Frist, please make sure that the “Pro Controller Wired Communication” of Switch is on.

2) Then please enter the interface of “Change Grip/Order” and stay in the interface.

3) Power on GameSir VX gaming keypad. The LED indicator light flashes in green, GameSir VX gaming keypad

can be connected.

4) Plug GameSir GM190 gaming mouse into the USB port of GameSir VX gaming keypad.

5) Plug Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle into the USB port of Nintendo Switch. The indicator light of gaming

keypad and Agility X 2.4GHz wireless dongle stay green.

6) Press simultaneously FN and number 5 button of GameSir VX gaming keypad to connect to Nintendo

Switch. The indicator light stays red.

7) Then in the interface of “Change Grip/Order”, press Q + E of the keyboard of GameSir VX and wait for the connection.

8) And please make sure that you have pressed Fn+5, not Fn+F5.
