This is a high quality, Plug & Play Bluetooth Wireless Neckband Headphone and USB-C Bluetooth AUDIO Transmitter SET (w/ USB-A support) It ONLY supports Audio Transmission, and is not for keyboards, mouse devices, game controllers or data transfer.

Recommended:

Bluetooth-enable USB type-C / USB-A devices (Mobile phones, any PC, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles etc).
Bluetooth-enable your game console (PS4, Nintendo Switch, via USB / USB-C audio out etc).
Bluetooth Headphones Transmitter Set support simultaneous talk and music while gaming.
Bluetooth Headphones Transmitter Set support FastStream (FS), delay <40ms, so you can stream away without delay.
Long music play time (up to 16 hours).
Bluetooth Headphones Transmitter Set can be taken apart use, the Z702 headset can be connected to an iPad/phone, and the transmitter can be connected to other Bluetooth headsets/speakers.

Doesn’t work / not recommended for:

Cannot Bluetooth-enable TVs, wired speakers or car stereo systems.
Doesn’t work with keyboard / mouse, game controllers, printers, projectors and other BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices.
Use with non Low Latency devices (e.g. Bose, Beats, Sony, Airpod headphones) will produce an audio delay of 70-200ms – not ideal for watching video movies.

Simple Steps to Set Up BTWH-Z702 on PS4:

Go Settings->Devices->Audio Devices->click the check box of “Switch Output Device Automatically” to uncheck.C
lick the “Output Device”, select “USB Headset”.
Go back to the Audio Devices menu, you can see the “Output device” shows “USB headset”.
For voice chat need, there will be another step to insert another one MINI Mic to controller’s aux port. The “Input Device” will show as “Headset connected to Controller”.
