Very Important:

For iOS devices NEED to download free APP “Coodisk”. If your Phone/Pad can’t read the card reader, please try to download APP “Coodisk” again.

For Android device can use directly without APP, but the phone NEED with OTG FUNCTION when you connect the card reader. When you connect the card reader, please enter to the phone “file manager” to operate.

Only support FAT32 and exFAT: If your card is not these two formats,please save your data to computer by the card reader usb port and formatting the card to FAT32 or exFAT. Then you can connect your phone directly.

DO NOT support Wi-Fi SD card or SONY SD card.
Please insert your memory card into the device before connect to cellphone.
Please do not disconnect card reader during file transfer.
Please do not connect both sides of card reader at the same time.
If your phone case is thick, please take it off before using.
If device pops up message “this accessory is not optimized for this phone”, just disconnect and reconnect again.
