This is a computer game for everyone who is interested in sailing or water sports in general – it simulates a sailing race. You steer a sailing boat using simple commands: tack, jibe, luff up, bear away – or make use of an autopilot. Learn strategy and tactics while playing against a fictive opponent, either the wind, a sparring partner or time. 1-2 players. You can have a lot of fun with the wind, many wind patterns from 1×1, 2×2, … 8×8 will force you to concentrate to become a winner. Our boats are steered with the help of a polar diagram: Opti, Laser, 420er, 470er, 29er, 49er and keel boats H-Boat, Maxi Yacht TP 52. Optimal boat speed can be traced all the way: beating upwind , on a reach or run. A sailing race is definitely a game against the wind: upwind, reach or downwind, lulls, puffs, as well as oscillating or shifting winds.
