The card reader supports Secure Digital (Standard SD and SDHC) memory card and Mini and Micro SD card (TF card). Not compatible with Wi-Fi SD card.

For i0S 9.2-12.4:

Please wait for 5 seconds after plugging into your device, then your device automatically opens the Photos App. You should download the photos from the SD card to your device firstly before view them.

The card reader for memory card only supports one-way transmission.

For i0S 13:

There is no pop-up, you can find ‘Import’ in the Photos App or Files App. The card reader can transfer not only photos and videos, but also Word, Excel and PDF etc.

The SD/TF card reader supports two-way transmission.

For photos and videos not directly taken from digital camera, you can use your computer, create a folder called “DCIM” to the root of your memory card. Copy the photos and videos into the DCIM folder. Rename each photo and video file as “IMG_XXXX”, where XXXX is a unique number. For example, if you had one JPG file, name it“IMG_0001.JPG”. Then it works. Making sure the name of the photo follows this rule.
